By using RaffleMaster, you agree to these terms.

1. Usage & Liability

This tool is provided "as is" for entertainment, educational, and organizational purposes. We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues arising from the use of tickets generated by this tool.

2. Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding raffles, lotteries, and gambling. This tool generates numbers and designs but does not constitute a license to gamble. Please consult your local authorities before hosting a paid raffle.

3. Data Responsibility

Since we utilize a local-first approach, you are responsible for backing up your data (e.g., via the CSV export feature). We cannot recover lost ticket data if your browser cache is cleared.

4. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. However, since the app runs locally via a Service Worker, once loaded, it is designed to function offline.
